WHY DIFFERENCE MEANS PROFIT

KISS AND TELL TESTIMONIALS

Let's start at the beginning:

YOU.

You are AWESOME at what you do.

BUT.

(there is always a but).

There are plenty of other people doing awesome things out there.

Similar awesome thing.

Now, here's what you can do:

a) Go all Kill Bill and take a katana (Japanese sword) to every single one of them

b) Bring innovation into your business to make it POP

Whilst A would make for a fab indie movie, it probably means you would have to stop doing what you love for quite a while.

My advice, and yes, I might be biased here, is to go for B.

And guess what, I might just be the woman you have been looking for.

You want to:

·Develop a new product that you love and makes your business POP!

For example: You do cooking books for vegan children and their families. What about creating some incredible, fun, beautiful posters that will educate them further on nutrition?

·Create a new service that will allow you to engage your customers better and make you STAND OUT.

For example: You are a life coach that uses EFT to help your customers break through blocks in their personal lives. What about creating an autoresponder for VIP clients with a new affirmation delivered to their cell phones for every day?

·Grow a new area of expertise that will put an accent on your business and make yourself DIFFERENT.

For example: You are a yoga teacher. Yet you love rock climbing. What about developing a rock climbing + yoga retreat where you focus on upper body strength, equilibrium and concentration, climbing beautiful mountains at the top of which you will do a yoga session with insane views?

 You want to:

· Establish what makes you POP in your starting business to stand out from the competition.

For example: You are starting a cupcake bakery. But you feel afraid there are already some of those in your area. What makes YOU different to THEM?

· Find the vision in order to structure your brand with clarity and attract your ideal customer.

For example: You are about to launch an inspirational art store. Yeah! But you find yourself struggling with clarity and cohesion. Can you have zen sayings with fairies? Should you stick to bamboos or dream-catchers? People ask you for angels, but you don't like them, what should you do? What of all this is YOU?

· Understand how what makes you YOU are your strengths , and get to present your ideas clearly and attract the right customers.

For example: You are a photographer. You LOVE weddings. Therefore, you'd like to specialize in photographing brides (and grooms) in their special day. You are also a tattooed punk. How can you turn this into your strength and invite the right people into your business?
